Application:
Please, use the online application form to send the following material by 30/06/2026:
- Name, age, contact information (phone number required)
- Curriculum vitae in English
- Video* of a performance/rehearsal (if possible, YouTube link) of at least two contrasting works, or movements, maximum 30 minutes long. The video must show the conductor from the front. (Note: if you would like to apply as a passive participant, you do not need to send video of your conducting.)
* We only accept streamable videos, no downloads. Please, do not send Wetransfer or Dropbox, etc. links.
There is no age limit for this masterclass.
Successful applicants will be informed by 14/07/2026

Course fee:
There is no application fee on this masterclass.
Tuition fee is 2500 Euro. Successful applicants are asked to secure their places with transferring 1100 Euro deposit no later than 21/07/2026. The rest of the course fee is due upon arrival.
Limited number of passive participants is welcome. Passive participants can attend and observe all the orchestral sessions and the video lessons of Maestro Panula, and are welcome to the final concert.
Passive participation fee for the whole masterclass is 120 Euro. Passive participants are welcome to follow the orchestral and video session as well, and are provided with a free ticket to the final concert. If you would like to apply as a passive participant, you do not have to send a video of your conducting. Instrumentalists, musicians, spectators are all welcome. Prior registration is required no later than 1st of September 2026.
In the event that the masterclass is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, the course and registration fees will be fully refunded. However we are not responsible for any incidental expenses such as non-refundable travel fares and accommodation fees. If the participant forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond her/his control, the course fee is refundable, at the discretion of the organizer.
